Enlarging phytobezoar: a rare cause of small bowel obstruction seen in an elderly patient

چکیده
Phytobezoars are a rare cause of small bowel obstruction (SBO) but must be consideration especially in patients with previous gastric surgeriesand the elderly population. Preoperative computed tomography (CT) should done to differentiate between bezoars and other causes SBO. If non operative management fails, surgical removal is recommended treatment.
